Tasting tips :

The colour is yellow-gold with hints of green.
The nose is robust with resin and mineral elements dominating, in addition there are hints of wood, of nuts and of elderflower.
On the palate intense aromas of rock rose, juniper and resin in a fine woody framework.
In the mouth the texture is very polished, marrying harmoniously the mineral and woody flavours.
The finish is long, juicy and sophisticated.
Can be drunk now but if laid down for 3 or 4 years it will mature beautifully.
This wine would be an excellent compliment to a monkfish à l’americaine or a chicken curry.
