The colour is pale gold with hints of green and grey.
A powerful nose, superbly structured. Swirling releases a discreet earthiness accompanied by flowery notes (acacia, broom). Mango adds a fruity overtone.
On the palate the attack is underlined by the method of production (torrefaction).
The flavour is intense, full-bodied and fruity.
The finish is long with good acidity and more aromatic fruit.
