The wines

Produce a wine of exception is not an easy task hen considering all the parameters that intervene. The winemaker must place all his knowledge, patience and skills during the wine making process so that the alchemy is complete.

Rosé wines

We produce one quality of rosé. Our rosés are bled which means that they have been macerated in order to harvest the maximum aromas. Our rosé is typically composed of three different grapes: Syrah, Cinsault and Grenache. Those coloured wines offer an incredible bouquet of aromas.

Red wines

  • The Cuvée Carolle : Issued of a blend of four different grapes (Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache and Mourv&eagrave;dre) the Cuvée Carolle combine elegance and character. The grapes are matured separately in French oak barrels for twelve months.
  • The Cuvée Philippine : When all the conditions are gathered, we imagine another blending to explore new aromas and propose a different wine. This cuvee is not a Cuvée Prestige knowing that only the only the blends differ.

Les vins blancs

The white wines are typically made of two yields: Rolle and White Ugni. They are fermented and aged in barrels for five months. The white Cuvée Carolle is an elegant, fruity and surprising white wine.
